Terms of Service
1. Payment must be upfront and through paypal note: commissions above $200 may split payments
50% up front 50% after agreed upon sketch

2. You may post the commissioned art anywhere you'd like and you can print it for personal use, but
you cannot resell my work or use it for NFTs.

3. By commissioning me, I reserve the right to share the finished commission on my social media
pages for advertising / portfolio purposes. You may remain anonymous if you wish. note: if you do not want me to make a public post an additional fee of $10 will be added to the commission price.

4. If you are commissioning me you must be over the age of 18.

5. Excessive rudeness or inappropriate comments made towards me during the commissioning
process will not be tolerated.

6. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request or halt work on a commission at any time,
this will only happen if you are excessively rude, overly inappropriate, or if I find out you are
underage. 50% refunds will be given if this should be the case.

7. revision policy: a round of revisions after every stage of the work and one round of revisions after
the commission is finished. Revisions count towards changes in color, size, design elements, minor
pose adjustments, and etc. Larger changes like switching characters or drastic changes in pose will
be charged an extra fee depending on the situation.

8. If 60 days have passed and I have not finished the commission you may request a full refund (or
a 50% refund if you still want the piece completed)
